Terms and Conditions: Win one of 3 Premier one year memberships!

HYROX Johannesburg participants and spectators stand in line to win a membership worth R20 000:

• Three (3) lucky winners will each win a one year adult Virgin Active Premier membership.
• Winners will be chosen by means of a lucky draw from participants who attend the HYROX Johannesburg games on 29, 30 and 31 May 2026 either as a spectator or as a participant.
• Between 00:00 on 29 May 2026 and close at 24:00 on 31 May 2026 (midnight) HYROX participants are required to leave their details on the official HYROX competition landing page found on https://hyrox.virginactive.co.za/prize

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Please note that the prize is one adult Premier one year membership per winner.
• Winners will be contacted by no later than 17:00 on 5 June 2026 by Virgin Active. 
• The selection of prize winners will at the sole and absolute discretion of Virgin Active South Africa.
• The Virgin Active membership prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• If the winner is already a member of Virgin Active, then their Virgin Active membership account will be credited with a Premier membership for a year starting from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 from when it will continue as at the current membership status at the time of winning this prize.
• If the winner is not a Virgin Active member, an appointment will be made for the winner to get signed up at their nearest, chosen home club and this will be overseen by the Club General Manager
• The winners’ personal information will be processed in accordance with prevailing South African data protection legislation, as well as in accordance with Virgin Active’s Privacy Policy (available at https://hello.virginactive.co.za/assist/privacy-policy). 
• The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The winners will be emailed by 17:00 on Friday 5 June 2026. If there is no response after three attempts to contact a winner via email, phone, or any other available means, a new winner will be selected following the same criteria, and so on. 
• No prize will be awarded to any person to whom such prize may not be legally awarded including, but not limited to, minors under the age of 18 years.
• To enter the lucky draw, you must be 18 years old or older and live in South Africa (being a resident or a citizen).  Directors and/or Members and/or Agents and/or Promoters and/or Consultants to Promoters and/or Employees and/or Contractors and/or Family members of Virgin Active South Africa and any of the aforementioned or their participating partners are not eligible to enter, win or claim the prizes.
• The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Prizes may not be awarded if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if the organisers detect and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.
• By entering into this lucky draw, the winners and their companions agree to have their photograph taken and which may be used by Virgin Active together with their full names for advertising and promotional purposes in any manner that Virgin Active deems fit and without any form of remuneration made payable to the winners and / or their companions. Any objection to such use must be addressed in writing to Virgin Active.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
