Springbok Partner Competition 2026 – Terms and Conditions

Stand a chance to win the experience of a lifetime to watch the Springboks live in Johannesburg!

Virgin Active Members who have downloaded the Virgin Active App (“Virgin Active App Members”) and who train between 08 July 2026 and 16 August 2026 (both days inclusive) (“the Competition Period”) will stand a chance to win a premium match experience package, including two tickets to watch the Springboks live at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. 

The Prize Package

The full prize package includes (“the Prize”): 

• 2 (Two) tickets to the designated Johannesburg match at FNB Stadium for you and your chosen guest (“your Friend”); 
• 1 (One) suite (i.e., one room) accommodation in Johannesburg arranged and paid for by Virgin Active, for a 2-night weekend stay surrounding the match weekend (dates confirmed upon winner validation) for you and your Friend to share; 
• 2 (Two) official Springboks rugby jerseys; 
• R10,000 (Ten Thousand Rand) spending money, in total; and 
• Return domestic flights for winners residing outside of Gauteng. 

Please note: The Prize explicitly does not include food, beverages, daily transport to and from FNB Stadium (or otherwise), or any other personal expenses incurred by you or your Friend. 

General Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Virgin Active App Members can gain competition entries into the lucky draw by meeting their weekly visit goals during the Competition Period (from midnight on 08 July 2026 until 23:59 on 16 August 2026). 
2. Entries into the lucky draw are only unlocked and claimed via the Virgin Active App. 
3. Entries are unlocked via the Virgin Active App from your weekly rewards pool once you achieve your weekly fitness visit goal for that week (Monday to Sunday). 
4. A maximum of one club visit is counted per member, per day. 

Participation & Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for entry, you must meet the following criteria at the time of the draw: 

• You must be an active Member of Virgin Active in good standing; 
• You must have downloaded and registered on the Virgin Active App; 
• You must be 18 (Eighteen) years of age or older; 
• You must permanently reside within the Republic of South Africa; 
• You must have actively claimed your entry/ies from your weekly reward(s) pool via the Virgin Active App during the Competition Period. 

Winner Selection and Notification

• The lucky draw winner will be drawn by Virgin Active, at its sole discretion, whose decision will be final. No correspondence or debate will be entered into or entertained. 
• The lucky draw winner will be contacted via email directly by 12h00 on 17 August 2026. 
• If the provided email address or contact details are invalid, Virgin Active will make 3 (Three) distinct attempts to contact the drawn winner via email, phone, or any other alternative corporate contact means available at the time. If there is no response from the drawn winner within the specified communication window, Virgin Active reserves the right to draw a replacement winner, who will be contacted in the same manner. 
• This Prize is strictly non-transferable, cannot be substituted, cannot be on-sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative retail credits. 

Legal, Privacy, and Governance

• Data Protection: All participants’ personal information will be processed securely in accordance with prevailing South African data protection legislation (including the Protection of Personal Information Act), as well as in accordance with Virgin Active’s Privacy Policy. By participating in this digital competition, you explicitly consent to such data processing. 
• Age Restriction: No Prize will be awarded to any person to whom such prize may not be legally awarded, including minors. Both the primary winner and their chosen guest (“your Friend”) must be 18 (Eighteen) years old or older at midnight on 16 August 2026. 
• Cancellation Rules: This competition may be terminated, paused, or extended at any time by Virgin Active at its sole discretion or if external structural circumstances arise outside its control. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they hold no financial or material claim of any kind against Virgin Active, their participating corporate partners, or their promotional agents. 
• Disqualification: The Prize may be withheld or forfeited if the participation criteria and/or these terms and conditions have not been strictly adhered to, or if Virgin Active detects or suspects system manipulation, irregularities, or fraudulent practice. 
• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
