TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Offer (“Offer”) is organised and promoted by Nespresso, a business unit within Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd of 8 Anslow Crescent, Office Park Bryanston 2021 (“Promoter”.) All participants (“Participants”) in these Offers shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions. By participating in these Offers, participants warrant that they have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions:
1. This Offer is available exclusively to verified Virgin Active members in South Africa.
2. The Offer is redeemable through Nespresso® Boutiques & Booths, via the Nespresso Club on 0800 63 7773, and online at www.buynespresso.com
3. This Offer is not valid for Wholesale, Professional and Business partners within the B2B and HORECA markets, nor for purchases determined by Nespresso, in its sole discretion, to be intended for resale.
4. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount, Coffee Voucher, or Welcome Offer unless otherwise stated.
5. All discounts are inclusive of VAT and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
R50 NESPRESSO WEEKLY VOUCHER
1. Eligible Virgin Active members will receive a R50 Nespresso Voucher via Virgin Active rewards.
2. The Voucher is redeemable against any purchase made in-store, online, or via the Nespresso Club.
3. The Voucher is valid for a single transaction only and must be used in full; no change or credit will be given.
4. The Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Lost, stolen, or expired Vouchers will not be replaced.
6. The Voucher is subject to a unique code, which must be applied at checkout for online purchases or presented in-store.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR TIERED BENEFITS
1. Valid Virgin Active membership verification may be required at point of purchase.
2. Discounts are applied at checkout and are not redeemable retrospectively.
3. Each benefit is subject to a unique promotional code or identifier.
4. Benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible Virgin Active member.
5. Virgin Active and Nespresso reserve the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption where abuse or fraud is suspected.
LIABILITY
1. To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Offer or use of any products purchased.
2. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
