VIRGIN ACTIVE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE SURVEY

Introduction

Physical activity remains a significant public health and economic burden globally. Within this challenge, commercial fitness centres offer a data-rich environment for understanding how behaviours are formed and maintained. This study, conducted by William Edward Scott (Stellenbosch University), explores the relationship between digital communication (nudging), motivational quality, and exercise habits. Your participation provides critical insights into how digital tools can better support health outcomes in the South African fitness context.
