PERSONAL TRAINING (PT) & HYROX PACK TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Offer Overview

This offer applies to the following packages:

• PT Intro Pack (3 sessions), or
• HYROX PT Pack (3 sessions)

Each session is 60 minutes in duration.

2. Voucher Redemption & Validity

• Your voucher must be redeemed by the campaign-specific expiry date communicated at the time of purchase.
• Where applicable, this may include a fixed campaign cut-off date (e.g. 20 May 2026).
• All sessions must be completed within 30 days of redemption.
• Any expired vouchers or unused sessions will be forfeited.
• No extensions will be granted unless explicitly approved under exceptional circumstances.

3. Booking & Attendance

• All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being forfeited.
• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours will be treated as completed sessions.
• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your session may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive late, your session duration will be reduced accordingly.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and forfeited.
• If your Personal Trainer is more than 10 minutes late, you will receive a complimentary replacement session.

5. Trainer Delivery & Assignment

• Sessions are delivered by opt-in Personal Trainers only. It may be that not all trainers are available.
• While you may select a preferred trainer, availability is not guaranteed.
• Virgin Active reserves the right to assign a Personal Trainer based on operational requirements.

6. Trainer Cancellations

• If your Personal Trainer cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, a complimentary replacement session will be arranged at a mutually agreed time.

7. Membership Requirement

• You must maintain an active Virgin Active South Africa membership for the duration of your package.
• If your membership is cancelled or becomes inactive:

• Any remaining sessions will be forfeited.
•  If sessions have already been completed, you may be liable for the full cost of those sessions.

8. Usage & Restrictions

•  Packages apply only to the specific product purchased (PT or HYROX 3-pack).
• Sessions are non-transferable and linked to your individual membership.
• Sessions may not be shared, resold, or exchanged for other services.
• Certain offers may be limited to specific campaigns, member types, or purchase periods.

9. Medical & Exceptional Circumstances

• A valid medical certificate is required for any rescheduling due to illness or injury.
•  Sessions may be rescheduled at Virgin Active’s discretion under these circumstances.

10. External Personal Training Disclaimer

• Any Personal Training sessions or packages purchased outside of Virgin Active are transacted independently between you and the trainer.
• These sessions are not governed by Virgin Active systems and may be subject to different terms and conditions.

11. Audit & Misuse

•  Virgin Active reserves the right to conduct audits on session usage and transactions.
• Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of sessions
•  Disciplinary action where applicable
