Terms & Conditions – Parklands Closure Member Offers

By accepting any of the options provided in relation to the closure of Virgin Active Parklands, members agree to the following:

1. Acceptance of Offer

• The selected option (Table View, Sunningdale, or West Coast membership) constitutes a formal change to your membership.
• Once selected, this option will be applied to your membership profile and govern your access and pricing.

2. Product & Rate Commitment

• Members who take up any of the above offers agree to remain on the selected product and rate structure as outlined.
• Members may not upgrade, downgrade, or change product type during the applicable period of the offer unless standard terms and pricing are applied.
• Any changes outside of the defined offer will result in the immediate application of standard club pricing.

3. Rate Validity

• Where applicable, preferential rates (e.g. current Parklands rate at Table View) will be honoured only for the defined period (until 31 December 2026).
• From 1 January 2027, the applicable increase or standard club rate will apply as communicated.

4. Minimum Commitment (Where Applicable)

• The West Coast membership option is subject to a minimum 12-month commitment.
• Standard Virgin Active terms and conditions relating to early cancellation will apply.

5. Transfer Conditions

• Transfers to the specified clubs (Table View or Sunningdale) will be processed free of charge within the defined transition period.
• Any transfers requested outside of the specified options or timelines will be subject to:
  • Standard transfer fees
  • Immediate application of standard club rates

6. Access During Transition Period

• Open access to clubs (excluding Collection and Country Collection clubs) is valid from 30 April to 30 June 2026 only.
• This access is provided to allow members to explore alternative clubs and does not constitute a permanent change to membership.

7. Premier Member Downgrade

• Premier members may downgrade to a club membership free of charge, provided this is completed by 30 June 2026.
• This downgrade applies only where the member elects to train at a specific club aligned to the offers provided.

8. No Retrospective Adjustments

• These offers are final and non-negotiable.
• No retrospective refunds, adjustments, or alternative pricing will be applied outside of the stated offers.

9. Standard Terms Apply

• All other Virgin Active membership terms and conditions remain applicable.
• Any breach of these terms may result in the reversal of the offer and application of standard terms and pricing.
