1. Promotional Overview

1.1. This promotion offers eligible Virgin Active members the opportunity to claim a reward consisting of one (1) Nespresso SAMRA Lifestyle Pack valued at R4,700, subject to availability and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Claiming

2.1. The promotion is open strictly to qualifying Virgin Active South Africa members who have met the specific weekly reward criteria communicated via the Virgin Active app or direct member messaging. 

2.2. To claim the reward, eligible members must generate and copy their unique Virgin Active promo code via the Virgin Active app. 

2.3. Rewards are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, gym membership credits, or alternative products. 

3. Redemption Process

3.1. Redemption must be completed online directly via the official Nespresso South Africa online store (nespresso.co.za). 

3.2. To redeem your voucher:

3.3. Expiry: Voucher codes are valid for a limited period as specified in the reward notification. Failure to apply the promo code prior to the stated expiry date will result in immediate forfeiture of the reward. Virgin Active and Nespresso accept no responsibility for expired or unclaimed vouchers. 

4. Delivery & Logistics

4.1. Deliveries are handled by Nespresso South Africa’s authorized logistics partners and can only be fulfilled to valid physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa. 

4.2. Virgin Active is not liable for delivery delays caused by incomplete address submission, courier operational delays, or force majeure events. 

5. Stock Limits & Limitations

5.1. The reward is subject to overall stock availability. Virgin Active reserves the right to substitute the reward with an item of equal or higher value if stock constraints arise. 

5.2. Limit of one (1) redemption per eligible member account. 

5.3. Incorrectly applied, incomplete, or altered promo codes will not be processed by the Nespresso online store. 

6. Product Warranty, Returns & Support

6.1. The Nespresso POP machine and accompanying items are covered by Nespresso South Africa’s standard manufacturer warranty and customer care policies. 

6.2. For machine defects, technical troubleshooting, order status, or delivery queries post-redemption, members must contact Nespresso South Africa customer service directly. Virgin Active does not handle physical product repairs, replacements, or technical support. 

7. General Terms

7.1. Virgin Active and Nespresso South Africa reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or abuse of the promotional system. 

7.2. By claiming and redeeming the promo code, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the standard online terms of use of nespresso.co.za.
