Reward

During the promotional period from 6 April 2026 to 6 October 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), Virgin Active members who achieve their weekly club attendance targets as defined in the Virgin Active loyalty programme (the “Weekly Goal”) will have the opportunity to select a 3-month Clue Plus free trial (the “Reward”) in exchange for their weekly reward under the programme (the “Weekly Reward”).

The Reward must be selected in the Virgin Active app within seven (7) days of achieving the relevant Weekly Goal. If not selected within this period, the option to select the Reward will expire.

The Reward is supplied by BioWink GmbH (trading as “Clue”), a company incorporated in Germany and registered with the District Court of Berlin (Charlottenburg) under company number HRB 146666, with its registered office at Adalbertstraße 7-8, 10999 Berlin, Germany (the “Partner”). The Reward is subject to the Partner’s own subscription terms and conditions, which members must accept to redeem the Reward.

Eligibility

To select this Reward, you must:

  • hold an active membership of a Virgin Active club;
  • be a resident of South Africa, Botswana or Namibia; and
  • be aged 18 or over.

 

Additional conditions relating to existing Clue subscriptions apply (see ‘Redeeming the Reward’ below).

This Reward is not available to employees of Virgin Active, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of this promotion.

Redeeming the Reward

Instructions and relevant details to claim the Reward, including a link to sign up, will be available via the Virgin Active app once the Reward has been selected. Simply click “read more” and follow the instructions.

Members are responsible for registering for the Reward via the Clue website or app using the link provided. The redemption link directs to a Partner landing page and is not unique to individual members. The Reward must be activated within seven (7) days of selection via the Partner’s website or app. If not activated within this period, the Reward will expire and be forfeited.

If a member experiences issues accessing the link from the Virgin Active app, they should contact Virgin Active. Once redirected to the Partner’s website or app, any issues relating to registration, activation or use of the subscription should be directed to the Partner.

Members may become eligible to receive the Reward again after a previous free trial has expired, subject to meeting the Weekly Goal and the Partner’s eligibility criteria. 

The Reward cannot be redeemed or applied concurrently with any existing Clue Plus subscription or free trial. For the avoidance of doubt, the Reward cannot be stacked, accumulated, combined or used to extend any existing free trial or paid subscription.

Activation of the Reward provides access to a single three (3) month free trial period. To activate the Reward, members will be required to provide valid payment details to the Partner. No charges will be made during the free trial period.

After the free trial, the subscription will automatically renew at £24.99 per year (or such other price as set by the Partner) unless cancelled in accordance with the Partner’s terms and conditions.

Any continued subscription after the free trial will be subject solely to the Partner’s terms and conditions and will form a contract between the member and the Partner. Virgin Active is not responsible for any charges incurred after the free trial period.

General

The Reward is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. No cash alternative is available. The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Virgin Active is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to app or website failures, which may prevent redemption of the Reward.

By redeeming the Reward, members acknowledge that their data will be processed by the Partner in accordance with the Partner’s Privacy Policy.

Virgin Active reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute the Reward at any time without notice. The Partner reserves the right to modify or extend the duration of the Reward at its discretion.
