B-Value programme member September campaign

B-Value members join Virgin Active in September and enjoy an additional 20% discount for the rest of 2026:

 B-Value members joining Virgin Active between 1 to 30 September 2026 (both dates included) enjoy an additional 20% discount for 3 months over and above the 10% given as a B-Value member. 

Discounted Fees

• Joining fee of R199 
• No pro-rata membership fees
• B-Value members receive an on-going 10% discount on adult one-year Virgin Active memberships.
• B-Value joiners in September, receive an additional 20% discount on Virgin Active adult 1 year memberships in respect of fees due for October, November and December 2026. The 20% discount falls away for fees due in respect of January 2027 but the on-going B-Value 10% discount remains.
• In addition, if the B-Value member joins as a Premier one-year member in September, then they also qualify for a Personal Training intro pack consisting of 3 Personal Training sessions at Virgin Active (one of these sessions is an assessment and goal setting session). All 3 sessions must be taken up within 90 days of joining Virgin Active. Refer to the specific Terms and Conditions covering the Personal Training sessions for full details *

Qualifying Criteria

• Available at Virgin Active clubs in South Africa only, excludes Namibia and Botswana.
• Applicable to Adult 1 year membership types at all clubs in South Africa excluding Collection, Collection Country Club and Collection Urban clubs.
• The member must be a B-Value member at point of sale and must be in good standing with Virgin Active and B-Value in order to get the additional 20% discount for the 3 months.

Exclusions - 

This offer excludes:

• Virgin Active existing members, membership conversions or upgrades.
• Flexi, month to month, or short-term membership options.
• Collection, Collection Country Club and Collection Urban clubs.
• Club-V, dependent, complimentary, staff, nominee or tenant memberships.
• Other September campaigns for new joiners 

  General Conditions

• Membership must be active and authorized on the Virgin Active membership system in September 2026.
• These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the member’s Virgin Active membership agreement, Club rules and privacy notice.
• Virgin Active may suspend or adjust a discount where payment is overdue, false information was provided or the B-Value membership lapses or this promotion is misused.
• A member who validly joins under this offer will receive an appropriate remedy if a material change removes an already-granted benefit.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
• Facilities vary by club.
• Members are responsible for their own tax advice.
• Rewards, wallet credits and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
• All benefits apply only if these terms are accepted and met.
• Virgin Active reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

* Personal Training Starter Pack redemption process:

HYROX PT Pack / PT Starter Pack Redemption Process for members who join on a Premier Membership with B-Value September Offer. 

• Sales Loads Member: The Sales Consultant adds the B Value Offer with Premier extra Value PT Pack. 
• Member Joins the App: The member downloads the Virgin Active App and creates their profile.
• Member Finds Voucher in Rewards Section of App: The voucher appears automatically under Rewards.
• Member Copies the Voucher Code: Unique code example: HYROX-3PK-FREE2026.
• Reminder: The member must redeem their voucher in the App by no later than October
• Member Selects: PT & 3-Pack. The member browses experts / Personal Trainers, chooses trainers and package.
• Member Applies Code at Checkout: The member enters the code and the total becomes R0.
• PT Gets Notified: The Personal Trainer receives a purchase alert within the app.
• PT Contacts Member: The Personal Trainer contacts the member within 24 hours to book the first session.

Key Conditions: 

Key Conditions

• Redemption Window: The voucher must be redeemed, meaning applied at checkout, by no later than 20 October 2026.
• Session Completion: All 3 sessions must be completed within 90 calendar days of redemption. No extensions.
• No other packages qualify.
• New Members Only: New members joining on the Public Offer in August cannot choose both the PT Package offer and the Rewards Offer. They must choose either one or the other.
• Members joining on the Public Offer may apply this promotion to any Public Club or Premier Membership Type.
• Members joining Virgin Active with their Vitality or Momentum Multiply benefit only qualify for the PT Package offer if they have selected to join on a Vitality Premier or Momentum Multiply Premier Membership Type.
• Existing members are not eligible.
• PT Assignment: Virgin Active assigns a Personal Trainer based on demand and capacity. Member selection is not guaranteed.
• No-Show Policy: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows without 12 hours notice count as completed.
• Active Membership: The member must maintain an active membership in good standing to continue taking advantage of their PT Pack. Cancellation means sessions are forfeited.
• Non-Transferable: Single use, linked to the member profile. Cannot be shared, resold or combined with other offers.
• Audit Rights: Virgin Active may conduct spot-check audits. Fraudulent claims may result in disciplinary action.
