1. ADULT MEMBERS WHO JOIN VIRGIN ACTIVE ON ANY PUBLIC MEMBERSHIP IN JUNE CAN CHOOSE TO BENEFIT BETWEEN ONE OF TWO CAMPAIGNS:
1.1. PUBLIC CAMPAIGN – GET REWARDED
Join Virgin Active between 1 to 30 June 2026 (both dates included) on a 1‑ or 2‑year membership and enjoy:

• Tiered Rewards: Complete your Wellness Goal Checkpoints to get rewarded with monthly membership savings:
• 20% off July: Upload a profile photo to your membership, download the Virgin Active App, complete your first visit in your first 20 days, remain in good standing.
• 30% off August: Train 4× in July, keep the app downloaded, remain in good standing.
• 50% off September: Train 4× in August, keep the app downloaded, remain in good standing.

Qualifying Criteria:
• Available at Life Centre, Red, Collection and Collection Country Club clubs in South Africa as well as Namibia and Botswana Virgin Active Clubs
•Applicable membership types: Club, Off Peak, Youth (14-23), Premier, Collection, Collection Country Club, Workplace Wellness Partners.
• Members must sign up between 1–30 June 2026 and pay the discounted joining fee.
Exclusions – Public Get Rewarded:
• Existing members, membership conversions or upgrades
• Members active within the last 30 days
• Flexi or Short Term membership options
•Club‑V, dependent, complimentary, staff, nominee, tenant or Vitality Legacy Club memberships, Public to Vitality or Public to Momentum
• Members joining on Discovery Vitality or Momentum Multiply benefit types
• Members with arrears or disciplinary issues
• Membership type changes
• Club‑V / Club‑V Max or U14 joiners (ages 0–13)

Qualifying Criteria:

• Personal Training Voucher should be redeemed by the 20th of July 2026.

• Short‑term (3‑month), Club‑V, dependent, complimentary staff, nominee, tenant or Vitality Legacy Club memberships, Public to Vitality. Public to Momentum
• Members joining on Discovery Vitality or Momentum Multiply benefit types
• Members with arrears or disciplinary issues
• Membership type changes
• Club‑V / Club‑V Max or U14 joiners (ages 0–13)
IMPORTANT! Members who join Virgin Active in June on any of the above Public Campaigns in June, may not transfer their membership to another benefit (like Vitality, Momentum) within 6 months of them joining.
Members who wish to transfer their membership within 6 months should join the Public to Vitality / Public to Momentum membership type with no promotion. In this case a member who is joining in June can transfer their membership type within 6 months.
A member cannot take advantage of more than one new joiner campaign within a 12 month period.

2. DISCOVERY VITALITY CAMPAIGN
Activate your gym benefit and join Virgin Active between 1–30 June 2026 and enjoy:
• Reduced Activation fee: R799 (or less depending on club)
• Up to 75% off monthly membership fees for principal members
• Up to 50% off monthly membership fees for adult dependents and Club-V/ Club-V Max
• June on Us (no pro‑rata)
PLUS, when an adult or adult dependent joins a Virgin Active Premier Membership in June they can choose to receive a complimentary, 3 Pack PT Voucher.

2. MOMENTUM MULTIPLY CAMPAIGN
• Momentum Multiply Inspire or Engage members with a Health Heart Score qualify for the 10% gym discount at Virgin Active.
• Momentum Inspire Plus or Engage Plus members with a Health Heart Score and complete a health and fitness assessment (either in person or on the Multiply App) can combine their scores to ascertain their Rewards Level. The Reward Level achieved ascertains the discount that will be applied to Virgin Active membership.
• Gym Benefit discounts:
• Level 1 = 10% discount
• Level 2 = 25% discount
• Level 3 = 30% discount
• Level 4 = 40% discount
• Level 5 = 50% discount

3. HYROX PT PACK / PT STARTER PACK REDEMPTION PROCESS:
• Sales Loads Member: Sales Consultant adds the Hyrox PT Pack or PT Starter Pack as the promotion.
• Member Joins the App: Member downloads the Virgin Active App and creates their profile.
• Member finds voucher in Rewards section of App: Voucher appears automatically under Rewards
• Member copies the voucher code: Unique code example: HYROX-3PK-FREE2026
• Reminder! Member must redeem their voucher in the App by no later than the 20th of July 2026.
• Member Selects: PT & 3-Pack. Member browses experts/PT chooses trainers & package.
• Member applies code at checkout: Enters code, total becomes R0
• PT gets notified: PT get purchase alert within the app
• PT contacts member: PT contacts member within 24 hours to book first session
Key Conditions:
•Redemption Window: Voucher must be redeemed (applied at checkout) by no later than the 20th of July 2026.
•Session Completion: All 3 sessions must be completed within 90 calendar days of redemption. No extensions.
•No other packages qualify.
•New Members Only:
-New Members Joining on Public Offer June cannot choose both the PT Package offer with the Rewards Offer. They must choose either one or the other. When joining on the Public Offer, this promotion can be applied to any Public Club or Premier Membership Type.
-Members who are joining Virgin Active with their Vitality or Momentum Multiply benefit only qualify for the PT Package offer if they have selected to join on Vitality Premier or Momentum Multiply Premier Membership Type.
•Existing members are not eligible.
•PT Assignment: Virgin Active June assigns a PT based on demand and capacity. Member selection is not guaranteed.
•No-Show Policy: Sessions must be booked at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. No-shows without 12 hours’ notice count as completed.
•Active membership: Member must maintain an active membership in good standing to continue to take advantage of their PT Pack. Cancellation = session forfeited.
•Non-Transferable: Single use, linked to member profile. Cannot be shared, resold, or combined with other offers
•Audit Rights: VA will conduct spot-check audits. Fraudulent claims June result in
disciplinary action.

4. U14, CLUB-V & CLUB-V MAX OFFERS
Join between 1–30 June 2026 and receive:
• No joining fee
• No access device fee
• No June pro-rata
• Rest of June on us i.e., complimentary June access

5. CLUB-V COMPLIMENTARY VISITS (Bring Your Child)
Between 1–30 of June 2026, parents or legal guardians June bring children for two free visits.
Conditions:
• Children aged 6 weeks–13 years
o Club-V: up to 9 years
o Club-V Max: up to 13 years
• Parent/guardian does not need to be a member
• On arrival:
o Complete guest register and disclaimer
o Present ID/driver’s license and proof of guardianship
o Sign child in at Club-V
• Existing members must complete a child disclaimer for each visit

GENERAL CONDITIONS –
• Membership must be active and authorized in June 2026.
• Only one new-joiner campaign benefit per 12- or 24-month contract.
• Members should not cancel within cooling-off or commitment periods if they wish to retain rewards.
• Discounts and voucher benefits apply only while in good standing.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds
• Facilities vary by club.
• Members are responsible for their own tax advice.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
• All benefits apply only if terms are accepted and met.
