These terms and conditions govern the redemption of the Virgin Active Free Month reward for achieving the 52-week milestone.
- Reward: This reward entitles the member to one (1) month free (for members debited Virgin Active directly). Benefit will no longer be available as a member reward post 31 December 2025.
- Voucher Validity: The voucher is valid for seven (7) days from the date of achieving the 52-week milestone and is limited to one (1) transaction per member.
Note: Unredeemed rewards/vouchers will expire after 7-days. - Redemption Process:
- The member must select the voucher on the Virgin Active app to claim their reward.
- Once the credit has been loaded onto the members profile, an email or SMS confirmation advising which period the free month will be applied to will be sent. (The confirmation is opt-in dependent, meaning if a member has opted out of receiving communication from Virgin Active, none will be sent).
- Once the credit is applied, the voucher will automatically be moved from the member's "Active" tab to the "Expired/Used" tab.
Note: No further action is required from the member to redeem this voucher.
- General:
- This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
- Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this reward type at any time without prior notice.
