1. PUBLIC CLUB CAMPAIGN

Join Virgin Active on a 1- or 2-year membership between 1 and 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) and enjoy:

Qualifying Criteria

1. This Public Offer is available at Life Centre, Red, Collection, and Collection Country Club types for the following membership types: 
   • Collection
   • Collection Country Club
   • Club
   • Off-Peak
   • Youth (14–23)
2. Sign up between 1–31 March 2026, pay the discounted joining fee, and receive the remainder of March free.
3. Complete the following Wellness Goal Checkpoints to qualify for savings:
   • To receive 20% off April (March requirements):
     • Upload a profile photo
     • Download the Virgin Active App
     • Complete your first visit
     • Remain in good standing
   • To receive 30% off May (April requirements):
     • Train 4 times in April* (on separate days)
     • Keep the app downloaded
     • Remain in good standing
   • To receive 75% off June (May requirements):
     • Train 4 times in May* (on separate days)
     • Keep the app downloaded
     • Remain in good standing  
   • *Refer to the Training Cut-Off Dates at the end of this document

Exclusions – Public Club Campaign

This offer is not available to:

• Premier memberships
• Existing members or membership conversions
• Members active within the last 30 days
• Short-term (3-month), Club-V, Dependant, complimentary, staff, nominee, tenant, or Vitality Legacy Club memberships
• Members joining on Vitality or Momentum Multiply benefit types, including Public-to-Vitality or Public-to-Momentum conversions
• Members with arrears or disciplinary issues
• Members changing membership types (downgrades, upgrades including Collection, or any membership conversion type incl. Corporates)
• New joiners may not downgrade their price point (e.g. Public to Vitality or Public to Momentum) within 6 months (applies from 1 August 2025)
• Club-V / Club-V Max or U14 joiners (ages 0–13)

2. PUBLIC PREMIER CAMPAIGN

Join Virgin Active Premier in March 2026

Join on any Premier Membership between 1 and 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) and enjoy:

• R199 Joining Fee (Red & Life Centre)
• March on Us (no pro-rata)
• Save 25% monthly for the full 12- or 24-month term when you reach your milestones (train 4 times per month)

Qualifying Criteria

1. Sign up for a new adult 1- or 2-year:
   • Premier
   • Premier Youth
   • Premier Select
2. Pay the discounted joining fee:
   • R199 (Red & Life Centre)
3. Complete the Wellness Goal Checkpoints:
   • To receive first discount in April (March requirements):
     • Upload a profile photo
     • Download the Virgin Active App
     • Complete your first visit
     • Remain in good standing
   • Thereafter (for remainder of term):
     • Train at least 4 times per month on separate days
     • Remain in good standing
   • Failure to meet the criteria will result in the discount falling away. The discount may be reinstated if the requirements are met again within the contract term.

3. DISCOVERY VITALITY CAMPAIGN

Activate your gym benefit and join Virgin Active between 1–31 March 2026 and enjoy:

• Activation fee: R799 (or less depending on club)
• Up to 75% off monthly fees
• March 2026 on us (no pro-rata)

Exclusions – Discovery Vitality

• Existing members or members upgrading, transferring or converting their membership type
• Members active within the last 30 days
• Members with arrears or disciplinary issues
• Anyone under 18
• Anyone not residing in South Africa
• Valid for new members at Virgin Active South Africa only
• Vitality and Virgin Active memberships must be active and authorised in March 2026

4. FAMILY CAMPAIGN – PUBLIC & VITALITY

Get the first Club-V / Club-V Max / U14 membership complimentary for 12 months when signing up together with your child in March 2026.

• The relevant adult Public Life Centre campaign still applies.
• When joining with a child, the first child’s membership is complimentary for 12 months.

Qualifying Criteria

• Available to new adult joiners at Virgin Active Life Centre clubs who join a child dependant on an U14, Club V/Max membership type at the same time in March.
• The child must join at the same time as the adult and linked as their dependent.
• Includes Vitality, Momentum Multiply, and Workplace Wellness corporate partners.

Exclusions – Family Campaign

• Existing adult members adding a child later
• Members active within the last 30 days
• Short-term (3-month), complimentary, staff, nominee, tenant, or Vitality Legacy Club memberships
• Public-to-Vitality or Public-to-Momentum conversions
• Membership type changes
• Members with arrears or disciplinary issues
• Price downgrades within 6 months (applies from 1 August 2025)
• Excludes members joining at Collection, Collection Country Club or Red Clubs. 

5. COLLECTION COUNTRY CLUB PADEL CAMPAIGN

Join between 1–31 March 2026 and enjoy:

• Applicable Public / Vitality / Multiply offers
• Complimentary Padel bookings for the full 12- or 24-month term

Qualifying Criteria

• New Public or Vitality members joining Collection Country Club between 1–31 March 2026
• R399 joining fee at Collection Country Clubs
• Remainder of March free
• Includes Workplace Wellness, Vitality, and Momentum Multiply new joiner adults with their child who is linked to the adult joiner at the time of joining. 

Exclusions – Collection Country Club

6. U14, CLUB-V & CLUB-V MAX OFFERS

Join between 1–31 March 2026 and receive:

• No joining fee
• No access device fee
• No March pro-rata
• One complimentary swim lesson (participating clubs)
• Available to corporate and wellness partners
• Swim lesson must be completed within one month of joining

7. CLUB-V COMPLIMENTARY VISITS (Bring Your Child)

Between 1–31 March 2026, parents or legal guardians may bring children for two free visits.

Conditions

• Children aged 6 weeks–13 years
  • Club-V: up to 9 years
  • Club-V Max: up to 13 years
• Parent/guardian does not need to be a member
• On arrival:
  • Complete guest register and disclaimer
  • Present ID/driver’s licence and proof of guardianship
  • Sign child in at Club-V
• Existing members must complete a child disclaimer for each visit
• 
  

8. COMPLIMENTARY SWIM LESSON (All New Joiners)

• Available to all new March 2026 joiners (adult or child)
• Conducted by resident Swim Coach at participating clubs
• 20–30 minutes including in-pool session
• Must be booked and completed within one month of joining
• Coach will contact member to arrange session

GENERAL CONDITIONS – PUBLIC & PREMIER CAMPAIGNS

• Valid for new members in South Africa, Namibia, and Botswana
• Membership must be active and authorised in March 2026
• Only one new-joiner campaign benefit per 12- or 24-month contract
• Members may not cancel within cooling-off or commitment periods if they wish to retain rewards
• Discounts apply only while in good standing
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds
• Facilities vary by club
• Members are responsible for their own tax advice
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
• All benefits apply only if terms are accepted and met
• Refer to training cut-off dates below

TRAINING CUT-OFF DATES – MARCH 2026

To qualify for the May 2026 discount, the training window starts 30 days before the cut-off date or on the join date (if joined less than 30 days prior).

To qualify for the June 2026 discount, the training window starts 30 days before the cut-off date.

Virgin Active reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
