• One lucky winner will receive Ultrahuman merchandise, which consists of 1x Sleep Mask, 1 x Blue Light Blocking Glasses and 1 x Ultrahuman Ring

• Entry and participation criteria are as follows:
  1. Participants must be existing adult Virgin Active members (i.e. must be 18 years or older on 30 June 2025) 
  2. The winners will be chosen by random selection from the Instagram or Facebook posts and will be contacted directly.  

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Please note that the prize includes the merchandise only, and any item(s) or other contents shown in any image featuring in the competition is not part of the prize. 
• The winners will be contacted by no later than 12:00 on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 via Instagram or Facebook direct messenger and will be requested to provide their contact details. If there is no response after three attempts to contact a winner via DM, email, phone, or any other available means, a new winner will be selected following the same criteria, and so on. 
• The selection of prize winners will at the sole and absolute discretion of Virgin Active South Africa. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The merchandise is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• The winners’ personal information will be processed in accordance with prevailing South African data protection legislation, as well as in accordance with Virgin Active’s Privacy Policy (available at https://hello.virginactive.co.za/assist/privacy-policy). 
• By entering into this competition, the winners agree to have their photograph taken and which may be used by Virgin Active together with their full names for advertising and promotional purposes in any manner that Virgin Active deems fit and without any form of remuneration made payable to the winners and / or their companions. Any objection to such use must be addressed in writing to Virgin Active.
• No prize will be awarded to any person to whom such prize may not be legally awarded including, but not limited to, minors under the age of 18 years.
• Directors and/or Members and/or Agents and/or Promoters and/or Consultants to Promoters and/or Employees and/or Contractors and/or Family members of Virgin Active South Africa and any of the aforementioned or their participating partners are not eligible to enter, win or claim the prizes.
• The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Prizes may not be awarded if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if the organisers detect and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
