How to Book Your Complimentary Dermalogica Treatment

1. Visit the Dermalogica website 

    Go to www.dermalogica.co.za and navigate to Treatments or Dermalogica Stores.

2. Select your preferred Dermalogica store 

    Choose the store location where you would like to receive your treatment and click Book Now.

3. Choose your treatment 

    Search for and select the eligible treatment (for example, Pro Skin Treatment – 60 minutes or 30         minutes, depending on availability).

4. Select date and time 

    Choose your preferred appointment date and time from the available slots.

5. Proceed to booking summary 

    Review your selected service, store, therapist preference, and appointment time.

6. Enter your reward code 

    In the Code field on the booking confirmation page, enter your unique Virgin Active / Milestone

    Rewards voucher code and apply it.

7. Confirm your booking Once the code is applied successfully, the treatment value will be deducted, and the total payable will reflect R0.00. Click Confirm Booking to finalise your appointment.

You will receive a confirmation once your booking is complete.

Terms of Use

• This offer is available exclusively to Virgin Active members via Milestone Rewards.
• Each voucher code is valid for one complimentary treatment and may only be redeemed once.
• The voucher is redeemable only on eligible Dermalogica treatments and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other services.
• Bookings are subject to availability at participating Dermalogica stores.
• The voucher must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.
• Cancellations or no-shows may result in the voucher being forfeited.
• Dermalogica reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
