Terms and Conditions: Milestone 26 Reward (Limited-Edition Bag)
These terms and conditions govern the redemption of the Virgin Active Limited-Edition Bag reward for achieving the 26-week milestone.
1. Reward: This reward entitles the member to one (1) Virgin Active Limited-Edition Bag. Stock is limited and the milestone bag benefit will no longer be available as a member reward post 31 December 2025.
2. Voucher Validity: The voucher is valid for seven (7) days once the benefit is earned and if unredeemed, it will expire. Once selected, the voucher will be in the member's app for one hundred and twenty (120) days to allow for delivery to take place.
3. Redemption Process:
- Members must complete the online order form to claim their bag.
- The order form link will be sent to the member's registered email address by the next business day, provided the member has opted in to receive email communications from Virgin Active.
- The order form can also be accessed directly via this link: Virgin Active - 26 Week Reward Bag
- Upon completion of the order form, the bag will be ordered and delivered to the Virgin Active club specified by the member on the form.
- Please note that there is no email confirmation that you will receive. Kindly ensure that you capture your details correctly to avoid not qualifying for your reward.)
4. Delivery and Collection:
- Members will be notified telephonically when their bag arrives at their designated club. A collection date will then be arranged.
- Upon collection, members must present the original email or in-app voucher for validation.
- Clubs do not maintain stock of these bags; they are ordered specifically for each member upon completion of the order form.
- Please note bags may take up to (120) days to arrive at the club and we expect delivery to take place in January of 2026.
5. Collection Period: If the bag is not collected within fourteen (14) days of its arrival at the club, the reward will be forfeited.
6. General:
- This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
- Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this reward type at any time without prior notice.
