  • Single Use: This R200 voucher is valid for a single transaction only.
  • Validity: The voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of selection.
  • No Change/Credit: No change or credit will be issued if the total purchase value is less than R200.
  • Difference Payment: For purchases exceeding R200, the remaining balance must be paid by cash or card only, as two wiCodes (or similar voucher codes) cannot be processed in the same transaction.
  • Expiry Policy: Vouchers that expire before use will not be reissued or replaced by Virgin Active or Kauai.


This voucher can only be redeemed in store at participating Kauai/NU stores or a participating Kauai/NU inside Virgin Active clubs in the South Africa To redeem this voucher, simply open the voucher in the “Rewards” section in the app under “Active”, open the voucher and scan the QR code or read the wiCode beneath the QR code to the cashier, prior to making payment. If a voucher is not scanned or applied prior to payment, the discount will not apply. Should more than one voucher be added to a single transaction, it will not work. Only one wiCode per transaction will be applied. Some menu items differ from store to store, please check the menu before placing your order and using your voucher.


This promotional voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other in store promotion, discount, voucher or delivery partner vouchers. This voucher may not be shared with another individual. This voucher may not be screenshot or copied to be shared with another individual. Virgin Active reserves the right to end this offer at any given time without any prior notice.
