Terms and Conditions: Milestone 100 Reward (Limited-Edition Cap and Bottle)

Reward: 

This reward entitles the member to one (1) Virgin Active Limited-Edition cap and bottle. Stock is limited to the first 1,000 selections only and are subject to a delivery lead time of 30-days. 

Voucher Validity: 

The voucher is valid for seven (7) days once the benefit is earned and if undreamed, it will expire. Once selected, the voucher will be in the members app for 30-days to allow for delivery to take place. 

Redemption Process:

Members must complete the online order form to claim their reward.

Upon completion of the order form, the reward will be ordered and delivered to the Virgin Active club specified by the member on the form. 

(Please note that there is no email confirmation that you will receive. Kindly ensure that you capture your details correctly to avoid not qualifying for your reward). 

Delivery and Collection:

Members will be notified telephonically when their reward arrives at their designated club. A collection date will then be arranged.

Upon collection, members must present their in-app voucher for validation.

Clubs do not maintain stock of these rewards; they are ordered specifically for each member upon completion of the order form. 

Please note the reward may take up to (30) days to arrive at the club. 

Collection Period: 

If the reward is not collected within fourteen (14) days of its arrival at the club, the reward will be forfeited.

General:

This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this reward type at any time without prior notice.
