Virgin Active | Dermalogica: Weekly Competition Terms and Conditions

One lucky winner will stand the chance of winning skin treatments and products worth R15,000 from Dermalogica. The prize includes:

· 1 ProSkin 60-minute treatment, every 6-weeks,

· 1 set of products upfront at their first treatment for the year which will include:

· 1 x Daily Microfoliant 74g,

· 1 x Daily Microfoliant Refill,

· 1 X Pre Cleanse Oil 150m,

· Special Cleansing Gel 500ml,

· Special Cleansing Gel Refill and

· 2 x 50ml Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF 50.

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

· Each Virgin Active Member who meets the below-mentioned participation criteria will have the opportunity to gain one single entry each week of the Competition Period simply by training and meeting their required visit’s goal for the week (Monday to Sunday) for minimum of 30 minutes. A maximum of one (1) visit is counted per day.

· From midnight on 02 February 2026 until 23h59 on 07 March 2026 (i.e., during the Competition Period):

o Members who obtain their weekly reward by training and meeting their required visit’s goal for the week, will be able to select 1 (One) entry into the lucky draw from their weekly rewards benefits pool via the App.

The participation criteria are as follows:

o You must be a Member of Virgin Active

o You must have downloaded the Virgin Active App;

o You must be 18 (Eighteen) years old or older and live in South Africa;

o You must have earned a weekly reward via the App.

· The lucky draw winner will be drawn by Virgin Active whose decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained, at all.

· The winner will be contacted via email directly by 12h00 on 10 March 2026.

The Prize:

· The prize includes Dermalogica skin treatments (every 6 weeks) and Dermalogica products to the total value of R15,000 (incl VAT).

· The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

· Treatments may only be redeemed by the named winner and must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

· The winner should reside in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Pretoria and or East London.

· The prize will need to be available for redemption from 11 March 2026 to 11 March 2027 (12 months from winner named and accepted prize).

· Products will be issued to the winner following the first treatment appointment, booked at a Dermalogica Store.

· This voucher cannot be redeemed online or any other Dermalogica stockist.

Filming and Publicity:

· By participating in the competition and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, including, but not limited to, being photographed and/or filmed during the prize fulfillment (i.e., the shopping experience). The winner grants Virgin Active and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use, publish, and reproduce their name, likeness, image, voice, and any statements made by them in any and all media, including social media platforms, for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, without further compensation. The winner acknowledges that such photographs and/or videos may be edited, modified, and used in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of Virgin Active.

· The Competition may be terminated or extended at any time by Virgin Active at their discretion or if circumstances arise outside our control. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive (give up) any rights they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they have no claim of any kind against Virgin Active, their participating partners or their promotional agents.

· The prize may not be awarded if the participation criteria or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if Virgin Active detects and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices.

· These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
