In-Store Redemption Requirements

• The Virgin Active app will be used to verify the member’s identity and ensure they are the rightful user of the voucher. 
• Members must bring their device with the Virgin Active app installed, functional, and showing the selected voucher available to redeem in their rewards pool. 
• A voucher can only be redeemed by the member that has earned or achieved the reward. Vouchers are strictly non-transferable. 

General Terms & Conditions

• The reward will be a Free Red Detail (Value R290) service.
• The member has 7 days to select the reward and a specified validity period to redeem it.
• The member can redeem the discount code through The Sneaker Shack online channel (www.sneakershack.co.za) or visit a Sneaker Shack store. A list of stores can be found at: https://thesneakershack.co.za/pages/stores-2
• If redeeming the discount voucher in-store, members must present the voucher code at the time of purchase by logging in on their Virgin Active Rewards app. 
• The service excludes Suede and Nubuck materials, which incur an additional surcharge.
• Members using the online redemption option, or those requesting items to be delivered, will incur a delivery fee: 

• The delivery fee covers the cost for both collection and delivery.
• The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to amend the delivery fee.

• The discount voucher is valid for single use only. The redeeming member is liable for any remaining balance of the retail price. 
• The reward cannot be combined with other offers such as monthly or tier rewards. 
• Virgin Active is not liable for any damages or issues related to the shoe cleaning service provided by The Sneaker Shack. The Sneaker Shack is solely responsible for the quality and satisfaction of the service. 
• Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
• Any attempt to misuse or fraudulently use the voucher will result in immediate voiding of the voucher, and The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved.
• Virgin Active and The Sneaker Shack reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
