For in-store voucher redemptions:
- The Virgin Active app will be used to verify the member’s identity and ensure they are the rightful user of the voucher.
- Members must bring their device with the Virgin Active app installed, functional, and showing the selected voucher available to redeem in their rewards pool.
- A voucher can only be redeemed by the member that has earned or achieved the reward.
- NB: Vouchers are non-transferable.
General Terms & Conditions:
- The weekly reward will be a Free classic cleanse (Value R190).
- The Virgin Active rewards member (the member) has 7 days to select the reward and 7 days to redeem.
- The member can redeem the discount code through The Sneaker Shack online channel (www.sneakershack.co.za) or visit The Sneaker Shack store for The Classic Cleanse only. A list of stores can be found at the following link: https://thesneakershack.co.za/pages/stores-2
- If redeeming the discount voucher in-store, members must present the voucher code at the time of purchase by logging in on their Virgin Active Rewards app.
- The service excludes Suede and Nubuck materials, which incur an additional surcharge of R30.
- Members using the online redemption option, or those requesting for the items to be delivered to them, will incur a delivery fee.
- The delivery fee is R90 within a 5km radius from The Sneaker Shack.
- Delivery fees for distances beyond 5km will be calculated based on the actual distance and communicated to the customer during the checkout process.
- The delivery fee covers the cost for both collection and delivery.
- The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to amend the delivery fee.
- The discount voucher is valid for single use only.
- The weekly reward cannot be combined with other offers such as monthly or tier rewards.
- Virgin Active is not liable for any damages or issues related to the shoe cleaning service provided by The Sneaker Shack.
- The Sneaker Shack is solely responsible for the quality and satisfaction of the shoe cleaning service.
- Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued.
- Any attempt to misuse or fraudulently use the voucher will result in immediate voiding of the voucher.
- The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to take legal action against individuals involved in voucher misuse.
- Virgin Active and The Sneaker Shack reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for any updates.
