Garmin x Virgin Active Rewards – Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Overview
1.1. Eligible Virgin Active members receive a 25% discount off the recommended retail price (RRP) on qualifying Garmin devices purchased through the official Garmin South Africa website (garmin.co.za).
1.2. Free nationwide delivery to physical addresses within South Africa is included with all qualifying purchases.
2. Eligibility & Access
2.1. The offer is open exclusively to active, primary Virgin Active South Africa members in good standing (i.e., accounts with no outstanding membership fees).
2.2. To claim the discount, members must retrieve their unique savings code via the Virgin Active App and enter both the savings code and their Virgin Active access card number during the online checkout process on the Garmin South Africa website.
3. Eligible Products
3.1. The discount applies only to the following product lines:
- Fitness, Wellness, and Outdoor Wearables (Garmin Smartwatches).
- Cycling Devices: Garmin Edge series bike computers and Varia series cycling awareness devices.
4. Exclusions & Limitations
4.1. New Launches: Newly launched devices are excluded from this promotion for six (6) months following their official South African launch date.
4.2. Excluded Ranges: The promotion strictly excludes all accessories, replacement straps, sensors, aviation devices, automotive/dash cams, and marine network equipment.
4.3. Promotional Stacking: This offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other Garmin promotional codes, seasonal sales, trade-in offers, or discounted items.
4.4. Purchase Limit: The unique savings code is restricted to the purchase of one (1) single device per member per campaign period.
4.5. All orders are subject to product stock availability. Garmin South Africa does not guarantee back-orders for out-of-stock items under this promotion.
5. Ordering, Payment & Delivery
5.1. Orders must be submitted using the online order form on the Garmin South Africa website by clicking the ‘SUBMIT ORDER’ button.
5.2. Payment Method: Payment must be made in full via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Orders will only be processed and dispatched once funds have cleared in Garmin South Africa’s bank account.
5.3. Delivery: Delivery is restricted to physical street addresses within the borders of South Africa only. Delivery to PO Boxes or international addresses is strictly prohibited.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Warranties
6.1. Products purchased under this offer are subject to Garmin South Africa’s standard warranty and returns policy.
6.2. In the event of an approved return or refund, the refund amount will reflect the actual discounted amount paid (25% off RRP), not the full retail value.
6.3. Promotional savings codes used on returned or cancelled orders cannot be reissued or reused.
7. General
7.1. Promotional savings codes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
7.2. Virgin Active South Africa and Garmin South Africa reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or adjust these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.3. Misuse of membership details or promotional codes may result in the cancellation of orders and potential suspension from future rewards program benefits.
