Cresta, Exciting Changes Coming - Refurb Starts 8 Sept

We're excited to let you know that Virgin Active Cresta will be undergoing a major refurbishment, designed to enhance your club experience with upgraded facilities and exciting new training environments.

From 8 September, you'll begin to see these improvements take shape across the club.

What's coming?

The refurbishment will include:

First Floor

Upgraded entrance area, including secure valuables lockers
Introduction of a brand-new co-working space and a refreshed social wellness area
Upgraded ladies', gents' and shower facilities, including wet areas, showers and steam rooms
New staff workstations and meeting rooms
Reimagined Club-V space, including nursery and activity areas
Refreshed ladies' and gents' changing rooms, showers and lockers
Refreshed and upgraded steam room facilities
Upgraded pool area, including family changing rooms
Upgraded cardio area
Introduction of new Health Suites

Second Floor

Upgraded and refreshed strength training area
Upgraded Main Studio
New dedicated GRID Studio
Upgraded Mind & Body Studio
New stretch area
Reimagined functional training area
New dedicated Performance Bike zone

Here's what this means for you:

While work is underway, you may experience temporary changes to club access, noise, dust and contractor activity, temporary closures of selected facilities, and changes to fitness floor layouts and equipment locations.

To ensure your safety and allow our contractors to carry out work efficiently, the club will be closed from 28 October to 1 December.

We know how important it is to stay on track with your wellness journey, so you'll have access to any Virgin Active club (excluding Collection and Country clubs) for the duration of the refurbishment.
