Thank you for your patience so far. We know these changes haven't always been convenient, and we appreciate you working with us through it.
As with any major upgrade, we need some time without members in the building to complete the work safely and properly. Virgin Active Cresta will be closed from 28 October to 1 December and reopening on 2 December
During this time, you'll have full access to any Virgin Active club, excluding Collection and Country Collection clubs, so your training doesn't need to stop.
If you'd prefer to pause your membership instead, that option is available. Please note that freezing also pauses your weekly rewards for the same period.
Should you wish to pause your members, please be sure to opt in before 10 October 2026.
