1. Premier Youth campaign for students:

Students, ages 18 to 23 years, can join a limited time only offer at selected Virgin Active Clubs between 15 July 2026 and 31 August 2026, both dates included, on a 1-year Premier Youth membership and enjoy:

• Q1 Months 1 to 3: 50% off retail rate, must download the Active App and remain in good standing.
• Q2 Months 4 to 6: 40% off retail rate, keep the Virgin Active App downloaded, and remain in good standing.
• Q3 Months 7to 9: 30% off retail rate, keep the Virgin Active App downloaded, and remain in good standing.
• Q4 Months 10 to 12: standard retail rate or R1010 applies

Qualifying Criteria

• Available at the following clubs only: Braamfontein, Claremont, Cape Town Foreshore, Fichardt Park, Greenacres, Hatfield, Hillcrest, Humewood, Kenilworth, Kloof, Loftus, Milpark, N1 City, Northridge Mall, Old Eds, Pavillion, Polokwane, Potchefstroom, Sammy Marks, Thornhill, Tramshed, Tygervalley, Vanderbijl Park, Vereeniging, Wembley Suare, Westville.
• Limited to first 100 members per club.
• Present proof of being a student.
• Must sign up between 15 July to 31 August 2026 at applicable club.
• Must remain active, authorized and in good standing else this discount falls away.

Exclusions - 

This offer excludes:

• Existing members, membership conversions or upgrades.
• Members active within the last 30 days.
• Flexi or short-term membership options.
• Club-V, dependent, complimentary, staff, nominee, tenant or Vitality Legacy Club memberships.
• Public to Vitality or Public to Momentum memberships.
• Members joining on Workplace wellness offers.
• Members joining via Discovery Vitality or Momentum Multiply
• Members with arrears or disciplinary issues.
• Membership type changes.
• Club-V, Club-V Max or U14 joiners, ages 0-13.

Important Public Campaign Conditions

Members who join Virgin Active in July on any of the above Public Campaigns may not transfer their membership to another benefit, such as Vitality or Momentum, within 6 months of joining.

Members who wish to transfer their membership within 6 months should join on the Public to Vitality or Public to Momentum membership type with no promotion. In this case, a member joining in July may transfer their membership type within 6 months.

A member cannot take advantage of more than one new joiner campaign within a 12-month period.

General Conditions

• Membership must be active and authorised in July or August 2026 depending on their join date.
• Only one new joiner campaign benefit applies per 12-month or 24-month contract.
• Members should not cancel within cooling-off or commitment periods if they wish to retain rewards.
• Discounts, wallet credits and voucher benefits apply only while the member is in good standing.
• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
• Facilities vary by club.
• Members are responsible for their own tax advice.
• Rewards, wallet credits and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
• All benefits apply only if these terms are accepted and met.
• Virgin Active reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
