Wembley Square - Club V

Dear Parents,

We’re excited to share that Virgin Active Wembley Square is about to undergo a significant transformation, bringing you a reimagined wellness experience designed to elevate every aspect of your time in club.

As part of this refurbishment, you can look forward to a range of new and enhanced facilities, including:

• A new Ladies Spa Bath & Sensation Shower
• A new Men’s Cold Plunge Pool
• New meeting rooms and pods
• A brand-new Reformer Pilates studio
• A dedicated Performance Bike zone
• Mind & Body Hot Yoga
• A refreshed Recovery Zone
• An enhanced Nu
• An improved Strength area

While this is an exciting step forward for the club, we also want to acknowledge that it comes with a change that we know will have a very real impact on many of our families.

From 22 June 2026, our Club-V facility at Wembley Square will be closing.

We understand that Club-V has been more than just a convenience. It has been a trusted, safe, and enjoyable space for your children, and an important part of your routine. This decision has not been taken lightly, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption and disappointment this may cause you and your family.

To support you through this transition, we would like to offer the following options:

• Alternative Club-V access:
  • Virgin Active Claremont – Club-V Max facility (6 weeks to 13 years)
  • Virgin Active Century City – Club-V (6 weeks to 9 years)
    We will gladly assist with transferring your child’s membership to either of these clubs at no transfer cost.
• Age-based access within the club:
  Depending on your child’s age, there may be alternative areas, classes, and equipment within the club they can access under your supervision. Our team would be happy to guide you through these options, or you can refer to our Rule Book for more information.
• Alternative membership options:
  Our in-club team or Contact Centre (0860 200 911) can assist in exploring options that best suit your family’s needs.

If you would prefer to take some time to consider your options, and we do not hear from you, your Club-V membership will be automatically cancelled. Your final debit order will be on 1 June, with no further charges thereafter.

We also want to acknowledge the amazing Wembley Square Club-V team who have cared for your children over the years. They remain incredibly important to us, and we are committed to supporting them through this transition.

We know this change may feel difficult, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we work to create a world-class wellness space for our broader member community.
