Dear Middelburg Member,
At Virgin Active, we know how important a comfortable club environment is to your overall experience. We'd therefore like to let you know about planned maintenance that will be taking place at Virgin Active Middelburg to upgrade the club's chiller system.
The maintenance is scheduled from 27 July to 14 August and forms part of planned infrastructure improvements to enhance the long-term performance and reliability of the club's cooling system.
While this work is underway, the pool temperature may be affected, and air conditioning will not be available throughout the club. Hot water may also be affected in the showers during this period.
To minimise disruption, the installation of the new pumps will be completed during a separate two-day shutdown at a later date. This work will be scheduled over a weekend, and we'll communicate the details with you closer to the time.
Our Operations and Maintenance teams will be working closely with our contractors to complete the upgrade as efficiently as possible while keeping any inconvenience to a minimum.
