Can I cancel without penalty at this time?

We understand that due to Covid, you may not be ready to exercise in our clubs just yet, which is why we’re offering you the ability to freeze at a special reduced freezing fee until the end of August 2021. Should you wish to cancel, you can call our Contact Centre on 0860 200 911 or email us directly on getintouch@virginactive.co.za. If you’re still in your initial contract period, a reasonable cancellation penalty will apply.
