What if I can’t attend my class?

We get it. Maybe next time? If you can’t make it, please cancel as soon as possible on the app that so another member can take your spot. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class starts.


At Virgin Active we look out for each other. If you can’t make it, kindly cancel your booking so another member gets a chance to get in on the action. Let’s keep the energy high and the workouts flowing!
