As a result, traffic around Virgin Active Point is expected to be significantly busier than usual, particularly before and after these events.
Road closures from 06:00 include:
- Fritz Sonnenberg Road (from McDonald's/Granger Bay Boulevard to Vlei Road)
- Vlei Road at Helen Suzman Boulevard
Traffic impact:
- Increased traffic from Saturday morning due to smaller races taking place.
- Congestion is expected from 12:00 to 16:00 before stadium gates open.
- Peak traffic is expected from 18:00 to 20:00 as spectators leave the area.
If you're planning to visit the club this weekend, please allow extra travel time and consider planning your journey in advance.
