Lift Club is a coached strength training class designed to help you build muscle, improve technique, and increase confidence & strength.
Each session focuses on fundamental compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, and rows, using progressive overload to help you become stronger over time.
Who can attend?
Lift Club is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced lifters.
Beginners: learn correct lifting technique in a safe, coached environment.
Intermediate and advanced members: can continue progressing by lifting heavier, refining technique, and following structured programming.
Coaches provide modifications and progressions so participants can train at their own level.
