Terms and Conditions: Select Joiners Offer for Namibian Medical Aid members in May 2026

NAMIBIAN MEDICAL AID CAMPAIGN

Join at either Virgin Active Kleine Kuppe or Virgin Active Maerua Mall on a 1- year membership between 1 and 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) and enjoy:

• Discounted Joining Fees: N$50 – applicable at both Clubs 
• May on us, only pay your first debit order for membership in respect of June 2026.
• Qualifying Medical Aid members qualify for 10% discount on their monthly membership fees which is on-going while they are a member of the qualifying medical aid scheme.
• In addition, for new joiners in May 2026 only, get an additional 20% off your monthly membership fees i.e. 10% + further 20% off monthly membership fees. 
• In addition, if you join your child on Youth product in May 2026, you also get 20% discount off Youth (14-23) membership rates.
• In addition, if you join your child on Club-V in May 2026, you also get 20% discount off Club-V monthly membership rates.

Qualifying Criteria

1. This offer is available to members on the following qualifying medical aids:
   • Namibian Medical Care (NMC) / Methealth 
   • PSEMAS / Methealth 
   • Namibia Health Plan (NHP) / Medscheme 
   • Renaissance Health Medical Aid Fund (RMA)
   • GEMHEALTH / Prosperity health
   • NAPOTEL / Prosperity health
   • NAMMED 
2. This is only to new joiners at Virgin Active Maerua Mall and Virgin Active Kleine Kuppe who join between and including dates 1 and 31 May 2026.
3. The 20% discount applies for the time you are a member in good standing (i,e. no unsuccessful debit orders on first attempt) at either Virgin Active Kleine Kuppe or Virgin Active Maerua Mall and you are a member of the qualifying medical aid. This applies both to the adult and Club-V membership.
4. If you leave Virgin Active Kleine Kuppe, Virgin Active Maerua Mall, leave the medical aid or are unpaid, the discount falls away.

Exclusions:

This offer is not available to:

• Existing members or membership conversions
• Members active within the last 30 days
• Short-term (3-month), Dependant, complimentary, staff, nominee or tenant memberships
