Camps exclude weekends and public holidays.

Who can attend holiday camps?
Camps open to Club-V and Club-V Max members who book.
When do bookings open?
Bookings open on 20 March 2023 on a first come, first served basis.
How do I book?
To book, please visit your club and chat to the Club-V team. Alternatively, you can phone to book. Bookings are on a limited, first come, first served basis.
Is there a booking limit over the 5-day period?
We encourage parents to book for a maximum of 3 days to allow everyone an opportunity to book and attend. But, if there are extra spaces available, these can be booked at the discretion of our Club-V Crew.
Which age groups are the holiday camps for?
- Club-V holiday camps are for children between 3 and 7 years of age.
- Club-V Max camps are for children between 3 and 13 years of age.
How long is camp each day?
- Club-V: 09 am – 12 pm, Monday - Friday
- Club-V Max: 09 am – 1 pm, Monday - Friday
May I leave the club while my child is at holiday camp?
Yes! We make an exception during holiday camps to allow parents to leave the club and return once camp is finished for the day. Parents are asked to remain within a 10km radius of the club should we need to call you back urgently.
When should I arrive to drop off my child for camp?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of camp each day to allow for enough time to sign in.
When should I arrive to collect my child after camp?
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after the end of camp each day, to allow enough time for signing your little one/s out.
Will there be activities during camp?
Yes. We follow our exciting camp activity rosters, which include activities every 30 minutes on a rotational basis.
Which personal belongings, bags and food may I bring with my child?
- Please do not send any personal items such as toys, phones, or wallets with your child.
- Each child may bring 1 bag with them, which must be clearly labelled with their name.
- In the bag, please only send 1 x lunchbox and 1 x juice/water bottle, clearly labelled.
What are the snack guidelines?
- Suitable snacks include a sandwich (no peanut butter), a piece of fruit, a yoghurt and juice.
- Please do not pack any glass bottles, fizzy drinks, sweets, chips, biltong, or nut-based products.
- This is to manage the risk of allergies, choking and risk of sharing.
Will any visitors be able to access Club-V?
- No visitors will be allowed to enter Club-V
If this is required, under extreme circumstances, the visitor must:
- Be screened and complete the necessary documentation
- Must be escorted into and out of the facility
Examples of suitable visitors include: a medical doctor or similar, an emergency technician, a cleaner for emergency cleaning, and so on.
