They can get their cardio on using equipment like:
✅ Steppers
✅ Ellipticals
✅ Excite Climb
✅ Upright & recumbent bicycles
✅ Rowers
✅ Arm ergometers
✅ Varios/Waves
Please note, they cannot use:
❌ Treadmills
❌ Skill Mills
❌ Air Runners
❌ Assault Bikes
❌ Ski Ergs
They’re also welcome to:
✅ Swim in both the leisure and lap pools
✅ Access squash courts and stretch areas
Active supervision is required at all times—meaning you, as a parent or guardian, must accompany your child under 14. They can’t be left unsupervised in the gym or pool, so be ready to be their workout buddy!
