LITTLE FALLS RED IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATE

Dear Member,

At Virgin Active, we continuously assess the feasibility and long-term sustainability of our clubs to ensure they align with our evolving vision of wellness and the needs of our members.

Following a comprehensive review, Virgin Active has made the difficult decision to close Little Falls Red. The club will remain open until the end of business on 15 November 2026, and we will support every affected member through the transition.

While we understand that this decision may be disappointing, it reflects our commitment to providing future-focused wellness environments. We will continue to support our members through this transition and ensure access to alternative facilities within our network.

We sincerely appreciate the support of our members and remain committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences across our clubs, and we’re here to support you in finding the best option that suits your needs.

Members can choose from three transition offers:

• Special Offer: R800 per month on a month-to-month basis at Little Falls Flag or Roodepoort
• Recommit to another 12-month initial period: R750 per month with a 12-month recommitment at Little Falls Flag or Roodepoort
• Transfer to any Virgin Active club of your choice (free of charge) at the specified club’s current rate. If you choose to transfer, please note that this needs to be done by contacting: 0860200911
  
  

Please be sure to make a selection by 15 October 2026. If no selection is made, you will automatically be transferred to Little Falls Flag at the applicable club price.

From 1 October to 15 November, you’ll have open access to all Virgin Active clubs (excluding Collection and Country Collection clubs), so you can explore and decide what works best for you.
