Dear Member,
We would like to provide you with an update of the ongoing maintenance work at Virgin Active East London.
To ensure the safety of our members and team members, additional work is required and maintenance activities will continue until 15 September. As a result, the male and female change rooms, as well as the chiller system, will remain out of operation during this period.
In addition, the pool will remain closed while maintenance work continues. Unfortunately, we are unable to reopen the pool until all required work has been completed and it is safe to do so. As such, the pool closure has been extended.
We understand that these temporary disruptions may affect your club experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. While we know this may be a case of short-term inconvenience, these improvements are necessary to ensure a safer and better experience for all members in the long term.
As a reminder, members are welcome to use any Virgin Active club, excluding Collection clubs, during this time.
