At Virgin Active Wonderpark, we're committed to creating a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all our members, visitors and neighbouring tenants.
We've recently received concerns from the property management team regarding vehicles being parked in disabled bays without the required permits, on curbs and in other non-designated areas. These actions restrict access for those who rely on these facilities and may cause damage to the property.
We've also been made aware of instances where security personnel have been treated discourteously while carrying out their duties. Our security teams are there to help keep everyone safe and ensure the property operates smoothly, and we ask that they are treated with the same respect we expect of all members.
We kindly ask that you:
- Park only in designated parking bays.
- Use disabled parking bays only if authorised.
- Avoid parking on curbs, walkways or other non-designated areas.
- Treat security personnel, fellow members and visitors with courtesy and respect.
- Follow any reasonable instructions from property security regarding parking and access.
Please note that property management will be monitoring compliance. Vehicles repeatedly parked in unauthorised areas may be reported, with continued non-compliance potentially resulting in Metro Police involvement or vehicles being towed at the owner's expense.
