Terms & Conditions: LTO – R70 off Kauai Drinks Weekly Reward

This voucher is valid for R70 off one small drink from Kauai.
This voucher includes all small Smoothies, short Hot drinks, small Recovery drink, small Raw Juices and shots.
This voucher can only be redeemed in store at participating Kauai stores or a participating Kauai inside Virgin Active clubs in South Africa only.
Excludes small Iced drinks, bottled water or other pre-made bottled drinks. Food or retail and snack items are products are also excluded from this voucher offer. .
Any additions or substitutions are charged as per the relevant menu price.
This voucher is valid for 7 days only and is limited to one qualifying item per transaction, per customer. If more than one qualifying item is added to the basket, this voucher will redeem against the cheapest item only.
Drink items valued more than R70 will require the member to pay in the difference/outstanding amount.
The voucher is a once-off offer and cannot be redeemed more than once. If a member redeems for a lesser value, the member will lose the difference in value and will not be able to use the voucher again.
No change will be given if a customer has not used the full R70 voucher.
To redeem this voucher, simply open the voucher in the “Rewards” section in the Virgin Active app under “Active”, scan the QR code or read the wiCode beneath the QR code to the cashier, prior to making payment. If unredeemed, it will expire.
If a voucher is not scanned or applied prior to payment, the discount will not apply.
Should more than one voucher be added to a single transaction, it will not work.
Only one wiCode per transaction will be applied.
Some menu items differ from store to store, please check the menu before placing your order and using your R70 off voucher.
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with the Kauai App or any other store promotion, discount, partner rewards voucher, or delivery service like Uber Eats or Mr D.
This voucher may not be shared with another individual.
This voucher may not be screenshot or copied to be shared with another individual.
Kauai cannot be held liable for the non-redemption of any rewards voucher due to a customer missing the expiry date as indicated on the reward voucher or to a Kauai instore POS system being down due to loadshedding or any other internet connectivity issues.
Kauai and Virgin Active staff members cannot use their staff discount in conjunction with the R70 voucher.
This promotion is valid until 28 February 2026.
