On Friday, 21 November, Virgin Active will join the national moment of solidarity against Gender-Based Violence, a crisis that affects countless women and children across South Africa.
To show our support, all clubs will observe a 15-minute pause from 12:00–12:15pm.
This quiet moment is our way of honouring survivors, raising awareness, and reminding our community that no one faces this alone.
Please note: If you’re booked into a class scheduled to start at 12:00pm, your class will begin at 12:20pm. Your class will run for 45 min.
We invite you to join us by wearing plain black on the day, a small gesture with powerful meaning.
