We’re writing to inform you of an important upgrade taking place at our club: beginning 5 November 2025, we will be replacing the facility’s chiller system. This essential improvement is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your workout experience and ensuring long-term comfort and efficiency throughout the club.
During the replacement period, please note the following temporary disruptions:
- No air conditioning will be available throughout the club.
- Pool temperatures may fluctuate.
- Hot water in the showers may be limited or unavailable.
To help minimize the impact on your training routine, you are welcome to make use of any Virgin Active club, excluding Collection clubs, during this time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding. These upgrades are designed to significantly improve your future visits, and we’re confident they will contribute to a more comfortable environment for all our members.
