Claremont Class Is In Session | New Booking Updates

We're excited to share that you'll be among the first to experience our new and improved booking capabilities in the Virgin Active App at Claremont from 25 August.

We've made several updates designed to enhance your booking experience and help us keep our classes running smoothly for all our members. Please take a moment to read through the key changes.

No-Show:

What is a No-Show?

A No-Show occurs when a member fails to cancel their class booking at least 2 hours before the class start time and does not access the facility within 2 hours of the class start time.

 

Three No-Shows + 7-Day Booking Restriction:

If you accumulate three No-Shows, you will be restricted from booking classes for the next 7 days. Please note that any current bookings will still be honoured, so you can attend those classes even during the restriction period. 

 

We hope these changes improve your overall experience, making it easier for you to attend the classes you love while ensuring that all members have access to our high-demand offerings.
