Virgin Active Cape Town Foreshore: Extended Weekend Hours Coming Soon

Dear Virgin Active Cape Town Foreshore members,

We’re excited to share that in the coming weeks, you’ll start noticing some enhancements at Virgin Active Cape Town Foreshore as we prepare to welcome members from Virgin Active Point who will be training at our club during its refurbishment. 

We want to ensure that all our members continue to enjoy the best wellness experience, and as part of this, we’re making a few changes to accommodate the increased demand.

Here’s what you can expect starting from the 31^st of May 2025:

• Club Hours Adjustment: To ensure we can accommodate Point members over the weekends while their club is closed, we will be amending the Foreshore club hours. These new hours will be in effect until Virgin Active Point reopens in December 2025. During this time, we’ll also keep Foreshore reciprocity open on weekends, just as we currently do.

Virgin Active Foreshore Operating Hours:

Mon - Thu: 5am - 10pm

Fri: 5am - 9pm

Sat, Sun & Public Holidays: 6am - 8pm

• Space Optimisation: In order to offer you a more conducive space for on-trend training, we will be removing the Queenax equipment. This will help us create more room for new training areas and ensure everyone has access to the best possible experience.

• Additional Training Space: We’ll be expanding and optimising our facilities to ensure ample space for all members to train comfortably.

• Enhanced Equipment: New equipment will be added to support a wide variety of training needs.

• Group Exercise Schedule Adjustments: We’ll be adjusting our group exercise offerings to provide more classes and accommodate everyone.

We are committed to maintaining the high standards of service and experience you’ve come to expect and we’re confident these enhancements will provide a better training environment for all of our members.
