We want to take a moment to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the longstanding air conditioning challenges and the downtime of some of your favourite equipment, including the spin bikes and treadmills, at Virgin Active Mbombela.

 

We are pleased to let you know that the aircon challenges have been resolved, and we hope this enhances your experience in the club.

 

We understand how important fully functioning equipment is to your workouts, and we acknowledge your concerns regarding the spin bikes and treadmills. Please rest assured that this remains our priority, and we are actively working to resolve these challenges as quickly as possible.

 

Our team is committed to ensuring your experience meets your expectations, and we will provide you with an update early next year.
