Why is Virgin Active introducing in-house LTS programmes?

➢ Virgin Active is introducing our global LTS programme to the South Africa, Thailand and 

Australia territories following success in the UK with over 7,000 juniors currently enrolled in 

swimming lessons each week. 

➢ Virgin Active’s LTS progamme is a globally recognised and endorsed by the STA which is our 

global governing body, our programme includes ten structured levels with respected criteria 

to ensure each junior progresses from water confidence through to stroke correction at the 

correct pace. 

➢ Virgin Active’s LTS programmes provide small class to teacher ratio’s to ensure each 

swimmer masters their LTS criteria and are not progressing to competitive squads before 

their technique is developed.
