We're pleased to let you know that improvements will soon be taking place at Alice Lane as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
To allow these works to be completed, certain temporary measures will be put in place to accommodate the upcoming work:
Nu Café:
A grab-and-go counter will be available from 13-15 November, ensuring that you can continue purchasing refreshments. From 16 November to 14 December, Nu Café will be closed.
Reception Area:
A temporary reception counter will be in place from 13 November to ensure that reception operations can continue during this time.
We're excited about these enhancements and look forward to welcoming you back to a refreshed Nu Café and reception area from 15 December 2026.
