We are excited to let you know that we will be refurbishing the steam rooms, saunas and sensation showers at Virgin Active Waterstone as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your club experience.
Refurbishment Dates
Start: Monday, 3 August
Expected Completion: Monday, 17 August
During this period, the following facilities will be unavailable:
Men's Change Room
- Steam room – Closed
- Sauna – Closed
- Sensation showers – Closed
- The area from the shower exit through to the pool access and pool exit will be temporarily closed to allow the refurbishment work to be completed safely.
Ladies' Change Room
- Steam room – Closed
- Sauna – Closed
- Sensation showers – Closed
Where possible, work in the ladies' change room will be carried out after hours to minimise disruption.
Our Apology
We appreciate that these temporary closures may cause some inconvenience and sincerely apologise for the disruption. These improvements form part of our continued investment in your club, and we are confident the refurbished facilities will provide a significantly enhanced wellness experience.
Our team will do everything possible to minimise the impact during the refurbishment period and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
