Kauai Update - Pietermaritzburg & Cascades

Dear Member,

 

We would like to inform you of a temporary disruption to the Kauai offering at Virgin Active Pietermaritzburg and Cascades due to an unexpected supply issue affecting stock availability.

 

As a result, the store is currently unable to provide its full menu and beverage range, and rewards redemptions may also be temporarily impacted.

Both the Kauai and Virgin Active teams are actively working together to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, with the expectation that normal service levels will be restored by the beginning of April.

 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while the teams work to restore the full Kauai experience in club.

 

For members who may have Kauai reward vouchers that are unable to be redeemed before service is fully restored, replacement vouchers will automatically be issued during April to ensure that you do not lose the reward.
