Under Armour November Competition

Terms and Conditions:

Stand a chance to win 1 of 5 Under Armour Hampers valued at R5 000 each!

• Virgin Active App Members who train between 10 November 2025 and 14 December 2025 (both days inclusive) (“the Competition Period”) will go into a lucky draw and stand a chance to win 1 of 5 Under Armour hampers valued at R5 000 each.
• The prizes and draw dates will be as follows:
• Draw 1: 18 November 2025 (R5 000 Under Armour hamper)
• Draw 2: 25 November 2025 (R5 000 Under Armour hamper)
• Draw 3: 02 December 2025 (R5 000 Under Armour hamper)
• Draw 4: 09 December 2025 (R5 000 Under Armour hamper)
• Draw 5: 22 December 2025 (R5 000 Under Armour hamper + a pair of Velociti Elite running shoes)

General Competition Terms and Conditions:

• Each Virgin Active Member who meets the below-mentioned participation criteria will have the opportunity to gain one single entry each week of the Competition Period simply by training and meeting their required visit’s goal for the week (Monday to Sunday). A maximum of one (1) visit is counted per day.
• From midnight on 10 November 2025 until 23h59 on 14 December 2025 (i.e., during the Competition Period):
  • Members who obtain their weekly reward by training and meeting their required visit’s goal for the week, will be able to select 1 (One) entry into the lucky draw from their weekly rewards benefits pool via the App.
• The participation criteria are as follows:
  • You must be a Member of Virgin Active
  • You must have downloaded the Virgin Active App;
  • You must be 18 (Eighteen) years old or older and live in South Africa;
  • You must have earned a weekly reward via the App.
    
    
• The lucky draw winners will be randomly drawn by Virgin Active whose decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained, at all.
• The winners will be contacted via email directly after the draws have taken place.
• If the email address is not valid, Virgin Active will make 3 (Three) attempts to contact the winner. All attempts to contact the winner will be made by email or phone and any other means of contact that Virgin Active has available at the time. If there is still no response from a winner, then Virgin Active will be compelled to pick a new winner. The subsequent winner will then be contacted in the same manner, and so on.
• This prize may not be transferred, substituted, on-sold or exchanged for cash.
• All participants’ personal information will be processed in accordance with prevailing South African data protection legislation, as well as in accordance with Virgin Active’s Privacy Policy (available on the Virgin Active website). 
• No prize will be awarded to any person to whom such prize may not be legally awarded including, but not limited to, minors under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years. For avoidance of any doubt, you must be 18 (Eighteen) years old or older at midnight on 14 December 2025. 
• The Competition may be terminated or extended at any time by Virgin Active at their discretion or if circumstances arise outside our control. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive (give up) any rights they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they have no claim of any kind against Virgin Active, their participating partners or their promotional agents. 
• The prize may not be awarded if the participation criteria or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if Virgin Active detects and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices. 
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
