
Dear Member,
We’re pleased to inform you that we will be installing a new chiller system to enhance your comfort and overall club experience.
The chiller will be delivered on 12 November, with installation taking place over the following two weeks. We expect all work to be completed by 28 November 2025.
You are still welcome to train, however, it is important to note that during the replacement period, there will be the following temporary disruptions:
- No air conditioning will be available throughout the club.
- Pool temperatures may fluctuate.
- Hot water in the showers may be limited or unavailable.
To minimize disruption, we’ve taken steps to reduce noise levels during this period. You’re also welcome to train at any Virgin Active club (excluding Collection clubs) while the work is underway.
