Dear Virgin Active La Lucia Member,
Further to our recent communication regarding the La Lucia Mall parking changes, we would like to provide an important update now that the new parking measures have officially taken effect.
We kindly ask all members to please familiarise themselves with the revised parking layout and available parking options, as this will help ensure a smoother experience when visiting the club. You are welcome to ask any of our friendly staff for guidance.
Additionally, we request your support with the following:
- Please remember to validate for 90 minutes of free parking, available to Virgin Active members only. This helps ensure that your visit remains convenient and cost-effective.
- Please respect all boomed-off areas. These sections are restricted for mall use only. Unfortunately, an incident occurred this morning where a boom was damaged by a member driving through it, and we want to avoid any further inconvenience or safety concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all no-parking zones. The mall has advised that Metro Police will be enforcing parking regulations in these areas.
Your cooperation will greatly assist in keeping traffic flow safe and manageable for everyone visiting the centre.
