Website class bookings moving to the App

Dear Member,

 

Our new Virgin Active app has everything you need for your wellness journey, including class bookings and rewards to keep you motivated. With new features and performance improvements, the app is now the fastest and easiest way to book for all your classes.

 

Effective from 1 July 2024, we will be moving all class booking to the app, and you won’t be able to book group exercise classes via our website any longer.

 

Your club Membership Experience Manager or Club General Manager is on hand to help you download the latest version of the app and will be happy to show you how easy it is to book your favourite classes using this updated system. If you have any concerns, please do let them know.
